Walter Wilowaty , Managing Principal and Founder of Wood Walters, LLC. Prior to Wood Walters, he was the President and COO of TruePoint, Inc., an eCRM software company. Walter has held senior level sales and marketing positions in CRM, CTI and OMS software firms and in the telecommunications industry. Walter holds a BA in Art History from Edison State College, an MA in Economics from Montclair State College and an MS in Computer Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

John Vargo, has been a senior executive in the telecommunications industry, most recently as Vice President for Business Development for CyberPath, Inc., a leading developer of integrated platforms for next generation networks. His experience cuts across wireless and wireline technologies including fiber-optics and satellite. John was recognized as a finalist for INC. magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year award and was the recepient of the DC Area FastTrack award. John holds an MBA and BS from Lehigh University.

Mike McCollum, Prior to Wood Walters, LLC, Mike co-founded GateSource Partners, an executive search firm that specialized in CTI, CRM, IVR and Contact Center software solutions. Previuously, Mike was Director of Sales, Americas and Far East at Versatility, served as District Manager for Sprint and Pacific Telesis after many years as a Manager for IBM. Mike holds a BA in Business from St. Francis College.
